What are the objectives of the EBD?
Petrac sees the Pacific Pines site and particularly its neighbourhood centre, as the focal point for the North Creek Valley
- Preparation of a new Concept Plan for the site that recognises its role as a focal point of the valley
- Incorporation of an innovative, high quality retirement community into the project
- Ensuring the new plan integrates well with surrounding residents and nearby development sites
- Optimisation of site design for walking, cycling and bus transport, whilst allowing safe and efficient car access to and through the project
- Ensuring the environmental features on and near the site are protected and enhanced
- Revision of the street and drainage network to better fit with natural slopes and valley lines
- Ensuring provision of community and other facilities that are appropriate to the
- Preparation of design principles for buildings that will create a special coastal Lennox Head character for the development
- Identify the first stage of the development and preparation of an appropriate staging program
