State Government regulations introduced in 2002 required a plan for the Pacific Pines site to be developed - this was known as the SEPP71 Master Plan, which had to be approved by the Minister.  This Plan needed to address a wide range of sustainability issues and required the use of a street network in accordance with Coastal Design Guidelines.  The resulting SEPP71 Master Plan took approximately 3 years to be approved.  Click thumbnail to view SEPP71 Master Plan.
